He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he was a Member of Moot Court and earned a Litigation Certificate. He has years of litigation experience in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties, focusing on Family Law matters including Divorce, Paternity, Custody and Placement, Child Support, Post Judgment Family Law Matters, and Restraining Orders. He previously served as Assistant District Attorney for Waukesha County and Special Prosecutor for Milwaukee County.

Xiaoman Bian is an associate attorney focusing on immigration law and family law. She assists clients with family-based, employment-based, and other immigration-related cases, ensuring a smooth application process. In family law, she guides clients through divorce or separation proceedings, helping them understand their options and achieve the best solutions.

Justin Daniel DeMichael

Justin DeMichael is an associate with the firm. Mr. DeMichael received his J.D. With a certificate in Business Law from University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Mr. DeMichael participated in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where he worked closely with the IRS to resolve a variety of tax matters, relieving some clients completely of their tax debt. After graduating law school, Mr. DeMichael was a Judicial Law Clerk with the Circuit Court for Harford County, for the Honorable Paul W. Ishak.

Grady was raised on the Gulf Coast of Southeast Texas and earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin. With a strong foundation in securities, oil and gas, and business law, Grady brings a broad and valuable perspective to the firm’s litigation team. He recently joined the firm to support clients in seeking justice and fair compensation in personal injury cases involving negligence. Beyond his legal practice, Grady enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and working the land on his property in Oklahoma.

Rachel attended the University of North Texas, studying writing and rhetoric, and graduating summa cum laude. She then attended South Texas College of Law Houston. Rachel dedicated her free time in law school to working as a law clerk in the Labor & Employment field, focusing on upholding civil rights in the workplace. This unique opportunity allowed her to interact with a diverse community, strengthening her passion for helping those who have suffered injustices at the hands of others. Upon graduating from law school, Rachel began working for her mentor, James Trujillo, who inspired her to pursue her dream of becoming a trial lawyer. Gabriella Malloy is a proud Army veteran's wife and mother of 2 children from the Northern Virginia / Washington D.C. area. She graduated with a Bachelor of Communication from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. She gained experience in substantive legal writing and personal injury forensic expert as a legal analyst and then attorney at Aperture LLC. Ms. Malloy also worked at a small law firm specializing in personal injury cases. Ms. Malloy is currently a Pre-Litigation Attorney at Glen Larson Law.

Daniela Del Valle was born in Tabasco, Mexico and lived there throughout her childhood. Dany graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2008. She traveled and lived in several other cities throughout Mexico for her job to include Merida, Queretaro and Campeche. In 2014 Dany met her husband, Derek while he was vacationing in Mexico and they married in 2015 and moved to Jeffersonville, Indiana. Dany began working at Bolus Law Offices in 2016 and has continued to learn about the legal field and teach her co-workers many new things while expanding their Spanish vocabulary. Dany is fluent in Spanish and English and her duties as a law clerk include maintaining the office files, organizing the incoming daily mail, requesting medical records and other office duties. In her spare time Dany loves to spend time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys going to the lake in the summer, reading and attending local theatre.

Michael Vega

Michael Vega, born and raised in Athens, Alabama, is an attorney who was the first in his family to attend and graduate from college. He earned a Bachelor's in Political Science and a minor in History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a JD from The James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, specializing in Immigration Law. Deidra started with the firm in 2006 as a receptionist. Her cheerful attitude and caring nature make her a great Case Manager. While she didn’t ever see herself working in the legal field, she couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Deidra was born in Kermit and raised in Pecos. She even married her long-time sweetheart. They are the proud parents to their daughter Camila and their furry, four-legged princess pup named Khloe. She’s always up for an adventure. In her spare time she loves shopping, BBQ get-together with family, & kickboxing at 9Round. You can expect to see her in the office wearing a Cowboys jersey every Friday during football season!

Matthew L. Skinner Jr. is the oldest of nine children, born and raised in South Dakota. He plans to stay in South Dakota to grow in his practice, and to start and raise a family in this beautiful State. Although he is a newer attorney, he has worked at the firm on and off for many years, he has worked at the public defender's office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and has grown up with the law always being a topic of conversation in his household. Matt Jr. decided to become an attorney because, being the oldest in his family, he was always looking out for his siblings and he figured that he would make a career out of looking out for those who do not have anyone to look out for them concerning the law.
