Erika Franco joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC in January of 2023. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Sociology from Stony Brook University in 2022. She previously served as a Public Speaking and Debate Instructor. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Inna Mustafaieva joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC in 2022. She has a Master of Law (LLM) degree from Ivan Franko National University. Prior to joining this firm, she worked as a legal assistant at Amazon IP law firm. She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

Robyn Gabe

Boca Raton, FL

Robyn was born in East Meadow, New York, and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with a Paralegal Certificate from Florida Atlantic University, a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida International University, and a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from Nova Southeastern College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. She serves as the office manager and a paralegal at the firm, assisting with file preparation for claims, drafting medical bill summaries, civil remedy notices, and working with Medicare. Robyn is married, resides in Coral Springs, and has one son.

Tanya Sadova joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC as a virtual legal assistant in August of 2021. She obtained a Master of Law degree in Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in 2017. She previously worked as a Patent Agent. She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

Mr. Grossman is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Nova Southeastern University. He is a Fort Lauderdale, Florida Immigration Lawyer who has devoted his entire legal career to helping foreign nationals enter and remain in the U.S. legally. Not only does he have a Juris Doctorate in Law, but he also graduated with a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Mass Communication and Journalism & Marketing. Mr. Grossman brings forward more than 13+ years of immigration law experience. He has used his strong grasp of the English language, as well as his business acumen, to help his clients in any way possible. Bennett Grossman is dedicated to helping his clients win their cases and have a deep understanding of the process throughout. Bennett aims to simplify the complexity of their cases and to always be available to address questions and concerns. Knowing how different and unique each client and case is, he is committed to personalizing each client’s service and focusing on their needs and rights. Mr. Grossman serves as Of Counsel to Martinez Law, PLLC since 2022.

Raffaele Lauretta specializes in New Technologies Law including Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Fintech. He has gained experience in civil, banking and tax law litigation. He also gives legal advice on the subject of corporate social responsibility and also he is Chairman of Supervisory Board (OdV) (Legislative Decree 231/2001); he work also for implementation of Anti-Bribery Management Systems in accordance with ISO 37001. Raffaele gives legal advice to freelancers, small and medium firms for compliance with GDPR 2016/679. He is based in Rome and speaks fluent English.

Icela Parra Herrera joined the team in May 2024 as a Legal Assistant. Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, she holds a degree in Business Administration and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her passion for exceptional client service and personal connection makes her a standout. Her career includes leading a project as an administrative consultant for a non-profit, organizing a social program. She believes in empathetic client understanding, providing the service she would want to receive. Her skills include adaptability, empathy, communication, organization, and dedication. Outside work, she enjoys languages (English, French), travel, the beach, family time, and volunteering at her city's zoo.

Richard Graves

Knoxville, TN

Richard Graves focuses his practice on real estate transactions and related issues. He regularly prepares and reviews contract and closing documents for commercial purchasers and sellers as well has handles pre-closing diligence matters. Prior to joining Gentry, Tipton & McLemore, he practiced with a well-respected Knoxville firm handling real estate transactional and litigation matters. Richard received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) from the University of Tennessee. He subsequently clerked for Judge Sharon G. Lee of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
