Fatima Llumiluisa is a senior paralegal at Luqman Law. As an Ecuadorian lawyer, she’s currently pursuing further studies in Immigration Law in the United States to expand her expertise and better serve our clients. Her professional journey is shaped by her Ecuadorian legal background and her bachelor’s degree in International Relations, which give her a unique perspective on immigration matters. She’s passionate about Human Rights, which is why she volunteers as a document translator and interpreter at the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights in DC. She also serves as an English tutor at the Literacy Council in Frederick, helping others navigate language barriers. Community involvement is important to her, as she believes in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives beyond the office. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find her exploring new places with her little dog, who has become her faithful traveling companion! Together, they embark on adventures where she indulges in her love for international cuisines and practices new languages. Ayman Noureldin is a law clerk at Weiss-Ortiz Law, currently supporting legal research and case preparation. Ayman completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, with a focus on litigation. He brings skills in legal writing, research, and case analysis, along with a strong commitment to professionalism and client service. Outside of work, Ayman enjoys volunteering, aviation, and soccer.

Tatiana brings a wealth of experience and a personal passion for immigration law to our firm. Born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, Tatiana holds a law degree and a specialization in public law from the University of Medellin. Tatiana has honed her expertise in the legal field, specializing in public, contractual, and immigration law. Tatiana’s journey to the United States began in 2020 when she came as an au pair. Through this experience, she met her now-husband and personally navigated the challenging and intricate U.S. immigration process. This firsthand experience has fueled her dedication to helping others facing similar challenges. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Tatiana uses her language skills to effectively assist a diverse clientele, ensuring that language barriers do not impede access to legal support. Tatiana’s commitment to helping immigrants and her drive to make a positive impact are evident in her work. Eva Arago is a dedicated paralegal at BK Law Group, where she supports the firm’s attorneys in a wide range of criminal defense matters. Ariana Mendieta

Ariana joined Venerable Injury Law in May of 2021 as a Client Advocate I. Prior to her work at Venerable, she gained valuable customer service knowledge and experience within various industries, including legal services, which has led to the development of her current client-centered, customer- oriented approach to client communications. When you make a phone call to Venerable, Ariana will likely be the first person you speak with as she is the primary receptionist, in addition to her role as the medical specialist. Accordingly, Ariana assists client advocates by communicating with medical treatment providers and collecting medical records, while also providing administrative support to office personnel. With her positive outlook and client management abilities, Ariana serves as a critical part of the Venerable team.

A Texas native, Alberto de la Torre studied political science at St. Edward’s University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. During this time, he was selected for the Thomas M. Keel Scholarship, which placed him with the Texas Legislative Budget Board, and the Moreno Rangel Scholarship, where he served as a legislative aide during the 80th Texas Legislative Session. Prior to joining the Law Office of Joel A. Levine, Mr. de la Torre practiced Social Security Disability Law succeeding in hundreds of claims all over Texas.

Yahaira Mendez is the Office Manager and Paralegal with Brannen Law PLLC. She was raised in Concord, NC and joined the law firm in 2018. She is in charge of the day-to-day operation of the firm and is fluent in Spanish.

She is passionate about caring for and helping people, which is why she became a Client Relations Specialist to assist in rebuilding her community after the devastating Maui fires. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano.
