Victoria D. (“Vicky”) Britton is an attorney with over 17 years of experience who concentrates her practice in the areas of community association law, land use law, local government law, real estate and property law, and trial and appellate litigation. Vicky represents clients in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. She has represented municipal governments and land use boards across New Jersey. She presents applications for land use approvals for developers and applicants before local land use boards, as well as defends such applications in the courts. She is also experienced in representing municipal clients and developers regarding affordable housing matters. Additionally, Vicky counsels condominium and homeowners’ associations on community association law matters for both residential and nonresidential properties. Vicky regularly lectures on areas related to land use and local government law. She serves as a Director of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section and a panelist for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Vicky is also an instructor and lecturer for New Jersey Planning Officials with seminars focused on New Jersey’s Municipal Land Use Law. She is a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association, serving as a co-chair of the Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Committee. She serves as a member of the Moorestown Environmental Advisory Committee. Edward Zellmer, originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in Paducah, Kentucky, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish from Sewanee: The University of the South. He graduated from the William H Bowen School of Law's night division at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2013. Prior to joining Miller & Mallett in October 2017, he worked as a litigation specialist in the mortgage servicing industry and as an insurance adjuster specializing in premises liability for the Lloyds of London market. Francisco F. Guzman-Andrade

Francisco Guzmán dedicates his practice to representing commercial transportation companies and drivers after accidents resulting in alleged bodily injury and/or property damage. Nicholas A. Ziolkowski

Javier Villarreal received his bachelors degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in 1995. He then continued his education at Tulane School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctors in 1998. Upon graduation, he went on to serve as a Briefing Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In 2001 Javier opened his private practice in Brownsville, Texas and developed his plaintiff personal injury practice. Rudy Pacheco

Rudy Pacheco is a trial attorney devoted to representing people who would not otherwise be able to have their day in court. Since the inception of his legal career, he has represented people victimized by big insurance companies and corporations in personal injury matters, including victims of reckless drivers, defective-dangerous products, vicious animals, and medical malpractice.
