Luis has been with our firm for more than 10 years. Luis is typically the first member of our firm’s team that a new client will meet. Being that the nature of our practice is associated with serious injuries, it’s important that we are able to meet with our clients where it is most convenient. Luis meets with clients at their homes, their places of business, and unfortunately, hospitals too. It is our experience that thorough investigations are the backbone of every strong case. Luis’ work is used to determine negligence, and to strengthen a case by obtaining witness statements, physical evidence, scene diagrams/photographs, etc. In those cases where a material damage claim will be presented, Luis will work with case managers on the client’s behalf to get the best possible settlement for the damages done to their vehicle. Luis works on developing and verifying liability, collectability, and damages. Luis is bilingual in Spanish.

Maria Ortiz is an experienced bilingual litigator with a diverse background, having litigated cases in federal and state courts. She takes pride in representing health care professionals, hospital systems, and physician practice groups. She believes in sheer grit, knowledge, and determination, dedicated to protecting her clients and their rights. She earned her undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from Florida International University. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a top litigation firm in Hollywood, Florida. She is licensed in North Carolina and Florida and is fluent in Spanish.

Chris Morgan

Chris Morgan graduated Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2014. He practices exclusively in the area of estate planning and probate, with a particular interest in protecting children and adults with special needs or disabilities. He is a member of both the Elder Law and Estate Planning Sections of the Utah State Bar and serves on the Legislative Committee for those sections. He is recognized for his research and writing in protecting vulnerable adults and seniors from financial abuse.

Jaime Adames

Jaime Adames joined the Firm in 2010. After spending his early childhood in the South Bronx, Jaime moved to Rockland County and graduated from Suffern High School. He holds degrees from State University of New York at Albany (B.A.) and Michigan State University (Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, J.D.). Jaime returned to the Hudson Valley area with his law degree and has dedicated his professional career to helping injured workers receive justice through the provisions of the NYS Workers' Compensation Law. Jaime is fluent in Spanish and enjoys sports, movies, music, dogs and time with his family.

Steven Coodin was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He received his Bachelor of Arts Advanced Degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg in 1996. He later attended law school at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and graduated in the fall of 2001. He has been practicing law since he was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 2002 and primarily works in the area of criminal defense and family law.

Pamela Ansari Cobiella

Pamela Ansari Cobiella received her Bachelor’s Degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003 and her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, Baltimore in 2007. She began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Baltimore City and continued representing clients in criminal cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia. After moving to South Carolina, she was admitted to practice law there and transitioned to civil litigation, trying numerous cases to verdict. Courtney Kluever is a trial lawyer and Idaho native that brings 18 years of experience to Fielding Law Group. After graduating from law school at UNLV in 2007, Ms. Kluever began her career at the Office of the Public Defender in Clark County, Nevada, where she obtained multiple jury acquittals and facilitated the dismissal of many more cases through the pretrial suppression of illegally obtained evidence. In private practice, Ms. Kluever has remained dedicated to zealous advocacy on behalf of individual and corporate clients and has litigated numerous complex cases involving both civil rights and civil liabilities. Ms. Kluever holds bar licenses in Idaho, Nevada, and California, and is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Kluever enjoys ballet and many other forms of art and exploring Idaho’s magnificent rivers and mountains with her son, Fox.

Emily Rivadeneira

Emily Rivadeneira is a litigation associate at The Sentinel Firm where she advocates for employees in both state and federal court in individual cases involving discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. Ms. Rivadeneira grew up in Ecuador and speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. She received her law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) and was a member of the USFQ's Law School Clinic specializing in Human Rights and Public Interest, where she assessed human rights cases that were later brought before national and international tribunals. Ms. Rivadeneira also published a legal thesis, “The Nature of the Parking Contract”, uniquely supervised by the Dean, which explores comparative law concepts from both common law and civil law systems to offer theoretical and practical solutions relevant to Ecuadorian law. The combination of Ms. Rivadeneira's academic studies and extracurricular engagements propelled her towards a legal career in litigation. Upon graduating from USFQ, Ms. Rivadeneira moved to the United States and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law, where she received the Dean's Excellence Award Scholarship. At USC, Ms. Rivadeneira served as Vice President of the International Attorneys Association (IAA).

Jonathan James Cattey

Milwaukee, WI

Jonathan J. Cattey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2006 with a major in political science and a minor in Spanish. He then earned his juris doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2010. While attending law school, he made the Dean’s List in the Spring of 2009 and competed in the National Moot Court Competition. Attorney Cattey also interned while in law school for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes for United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Upon admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin, Jon began practicing law at the Kohn Law Firm, S.C. in Downtown Milwaukee. While there, he represented various corporations and municipalities throughout Wisconsin and litigated and resolved hundreds of cases annually. In 2013, Jon began working with Robert Levine, and he put his skills to work for individuals and small businesses. Jon is now one of the managing partners of Levine Law, LLC, along with Michael Levine, and he looks forward to serving individuals in Milwaukee and its suburbs for many decades to come.

Sam joined Wagstaff & Cartmell in October of 2022. Early in his tenure with the firm, he worked on cases involving Products Liability, Commercial Disputes, and Toxic Torts. Sam is a Kansas City native, having grown up in the Brookside neighborhood and graduated from Rockhurst High School in 2014. He then received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Economics with a minor in Spanish, his Masters of Public Administration, and finally in December of 2020 his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. Afterwards he returned to Kansas City and served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Commissioner Nancy Alemifar in the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, MO. During Law School, Sam worked as a summer Law Clerk for the Hon. Judge Brian Wimes in the United States Courts for the Western District of Missouri, and was published in the Oklahoma Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal. He served as class representative in the Student Bar Association, Editor for the Oklahoma Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal, and on the executive team for the Environmental Law Students Association. Sam received the Am Jur Awards for Constitutional Law & for Wind Law, and served in the school’s Civil Clinic as a Licensed Legal Intern. Sam is passionate about running, cycling, camping, reading, his hometown, and the Kansas City Chiefs!

Andrea Solis

John Hamilton

John Hamilton brings more than four decades of broad and extensive experience to the family law department of the Ciccarelli Law Firm. He is recognized as an aggressive, detail-oriented, and thoroughly prepared advocate. He graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and passed the Pennsylvania Bar exam in 1979. He spent three years with KPMG in Atlanta, Georgia, dealing with federal tax compliance, planning, and IRS audits.
