Ms. Rivadeneira grew up in Ecuador and speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. She received her law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) and was a member of the USFQ's Law School Clinic specializing in Human Rights and Public Interest, where she assessed human rights cases that were later brought before national and international tribunals. Ms. Rivadeneira also published a legal thesis, “The Nature of the Parking Contract”, uniquely supervised by the Dean, which explores comparative law concepts from both common law and civil law systems to offer theoretical and practical solutions relevant to Ecuadorian law. The combination of Ms. Rivadeneira's academic studies and extracurricular engagements propelled her towards a legal career in litigation. Upon graduating from USFQ, Ms. Rivadeneira moved to the United States and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law, where she received the Dean's Excellence Award Scholarship. Jonathan James Cattey

Jonathan J. Cattey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2006 with a major in political science and a minor in Spanish. He then earned his juris doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2010. While attending law school, he made the Dean’s List in the Spring of 2009 and competed in the National Moot Court Competition. Attorney Cattey also interned while in law school for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes for United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Upon admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin, Jon began practicing law at the Kohn Law Firm, S.C. in Downtown Milwaukee. While there, he represented various corporations and municipalities throughout Wisconsin and litigated and resolved hundreds of cases annually. In 2013, Jon began working with Robert Levine, and he put his skills to work for individuals and small businesses. Jon is now one of the managing partners of Levine Law, LLC, along with Michael Levine, and he looks forward to serving individuals in Milwaukee and its suburbs for many decades to come.

Sam joined Wagstaff & Cartmell in October of 2022. Early in his tenure with the firm, he worked on cases involving Products Liability, Commercial Disputes, and Toxic Torts. Sam is a Kansas City native, having grown up in the Brookside neighborhood and graduated from Rockhurst High School in 2014. During Law School, Sam worked as a summer Law Clerk for the Hon. Judge Brian Wimes in the United States Courts for the Western District of Missouri, and was published in the Oklahoma Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal. He served as class representative in the Student Bar Association, Editor for the Oklahoma Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal, and on the executive team for the Environmental Law Students Association.
