Viktor Rivera

Viktor Rivera is a Case Manager at Snedaker Law, bringing over three years of experience in legal case management, with a strong background in Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury practices. Scott L. Sackett II

Mr. Sackett graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with degrees in Communications and Spanish. He attended Tulane University Law School, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His law school attendance was interrupted by Hurricane Katrina, and he was able to assist with recovery efforts in its aftermath. He obtained his J.D. from Tulane in 2007. He has been a member of the Utah State Bar since 2007, and currently sits on its Character and Fitness Committee. Before joining Scalley Reading, Mr. Sackett practiced for 16 years in a boutique litigation firm, as well as in one of the country’s largest law firms. His practice is primarily devoted to litigation including appellate litigation, focusing on commercial disputes, construction disputes, business and partnership disputes, insurance defense, and real property disputes. He has appeared before the Utah Supreme Court, having participated in obtaining a successful ruling for his client and has been involved in broad multi-district litigations in federal court. He also has significant experience in both commercial and residential property tax appeals. Mr. Sackett has also volunteered as a youth sports coach and is currently the head varsity baseball coach for a local high school. He also serves on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit dedicated to providing disabled youth with outdoor opportunities.

Michelle Medina

Michelle Medina is the Managing Partner of the firm and has been a cornerstone of the Baez Law Firm for over 15 years. Graduating Cum Laude from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, she demonstrated leadership and a passion for change early on. She founded the first Latin Sorority on campus, which has since expanded throughout Florida, and as President of the Latin American Student Association, she led the organization to win the Organization of the Year award. While attending FAMU College of Law, Ms. Medina served as President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Under her leadership, the organization gained significant recognition within the Hispanic community of Central Florida and was awarded the Organization of the Year. Upon graduating from FAMU College of Law, she immediately joined the Office of the Public Defender in the 9th Judicial Circuit. Yulia G. Salim is a Partner at Chavin Mitchell Shmuely, focusing on representing policyholders in claims against insurance companies, as well as contract and real estate law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2014 and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2018 with cum laude honors. Arinda Brooks

Arinda Brooks founded Brooks Law in 2013 after specializing in Workers' Compensation law for seven years while employed at a boutique Boston worker's compensation law firm. During this time, Arinda honed her skills representing injured workers at the Department of Industrial Accidents, successfully taking hundreds of cases from initial claim filing, through final Hearing disposition and settlement. Her fluency in Spanish and deep understanding of the immigrant experience makes her an invaluable asset for clients navigating the legal system. Motivated by her experience on a trip to the US-Mexico border assisting asylum seekers with the organization Al Otro Lado, Daniela is committed to helping immigrants navigate the complexities of the legal system. Grace B. Quinlan joined Goza & Honnold as an Associate Attorney in 2022. Grace received her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. She also received a minor in Spanish, studied in Cusco, Peru, and graduated on the Dean’s List. Grace later attended the University of Kansas School of Law.
