Shaina A. Case is a client-centered attorney, focusing her practice primarily in trusts and estate law. She believes that a well-prepared estate plan is a gift we bestow upon ourselves while alive and well, and one of the last gifts we can leave our loved ones. She specializes in designing both will- and trust-centered estate plans to assist her clients in avoiding probate, to ensure their overall goals and plans for distribution to their beneficiaries are achieved, and to plan for potential incapacity by preparing financial and medical powers of attorney. Brian Klein is a founding partner of Parra Klein and a dedicated New Jersey personal injury trial attorney with nearly a decade of civil litigation experience. Edmond J. Hakimian is a Workers’ Compensation attorney in Queens and the founder of Hakimian Law. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 2010 after earning his JD from Hofstra University School of Law in 2009 and his BS from Stony Brook University in 2004. He has extensive experience representing injured individuals, focusing on workers' compensation cases, and is committed to protecting his clients' rights.

Karleana L. Farias is a native of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and a partner at Farias Law Firm since 2013. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from American University in 2006 and her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2010. Her diverse experience includes working at an immigration law firm, the U.S. Department of Justice (Environment and Natural Resources Division, and U.S. Attorney's Office), interning for a federal judge, and working in the litigation department of El Paso Oil and Gas Company. Milagros spent the first two years of law school volunteering for the Rutgers Domestic Violence Project. In her final year she was selected to join the Rutgers Domestic Violence Law Clinic where she represented plaintiffs in final restraining order hearings. Prior to joining The Ruth Law Team, Milagros was an associate attorney at a boutique personal injury firm in South Tampa where she represented plaintiffs in cases regarding auto accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites.
