Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she previously worked as a Spanish teacher and has several years of experience in legal firms, supporting clients with personal injury, car accident, workers' compensation, and surgical mesh litigation cases. Law graduate in 2006 from the Iberoamericana University campus in León, Guanajuato. She specialized in notary law at the University of Guanajuato. Andrea Africano is an associate attorney at Gonzalez & Cartwright, P.A. She previously worked as an assistant public defender for the 15th Judicial Circuit, where she litigated many cases. She is a Florida native, born in Tampa, and is fluent in Spanish and English. She graduated from the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, obtaining her JD in 2020. She is passionate about defending the voiceless, including Latino and disenfranchised communities.

Ericka Morales is a Client Accounts Specialist at Chad Jones Law, with over 9 years of client service experience. She is originally from the Permian Basin and has recently relocated near the South Plains, where she is very active in her community. She graduated from UTPB with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018. Before joining the Chad Jones Law team, Ericka roles in the banking industry for 8 years, including compliance, audits, accounting, and project management. This has given her the skills needed to assure every resolution received for our clients is correct. In her free time, Ericka enjoys attending community events and relaxing at home with her family.

Andrea Faulknor joined the Law Office of Conrad Bayelle & Associates in September 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Immigration Department. Andrea also assists with Family law cases for the firm as well. Andrea is licensed to practice law in Maryland. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminology, Summa Cum Laude, from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2021. She earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2024. Andrea has a passion for serving and protecting the rights of immigrant families. Before joining the firm, Andrea served as a UCP Fellow for the Immigrant Justice Corps. During her fellowship, Andrea was placed at a non-profit in Washington, D.C., where she received training in immigration law, with a focus on serving unaccompanied minors. Andrea also gained experience performing intakes and legal consultations, preparing One-Step, T Visa, U Visa, and Asylum applications, and USCIS correspondence. Andrea was also in charge of educating the immigrant community by organizing the Know Your Rights Presentations. Andrea is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association in Maryland. Andrea is currently studying Spanish to help her communicate with and serve Spanish- speaking clients better. Alejandro is a personal injury case handler. Alejandro was born in Brookfied, Wisconsin to Panamanian parents. Alejandro’s parents eventually moved back to Panama City, Panama and raised Alejandro there. This gave Alejandro the opportunity to become bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Alejandro received a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua (USMA) in Panama in 2010. He began his legal career working for Manuel Borrell in Panama, but always dreamed of returning to the States. In September 2012, Alejandro joined his Aunt and Uncle in Eagle River, Alaska and accepted a position with Crowson Law Group. We are very fortunate to work with Alejandro and have had the pleasure of watching him become a husband to his wife, Emily, and a father to a beautiful baby boy named Ray. In addition to spending time with his family, Alejandro enjoys watching and playing sports. Watching the Green Bay Packers and playing tennis are among his favorites. He also enjoys doing Crossfit, which he frequently does with his wife and friends.

Alfredo Miranda is a case manager and leads the Spanish department of Frontal Law Group, and provides client support at every stage of the recovery process. In his spare time, Alfredo is an avid photographer and enjoys learning about different cultures. His work specializes in insurance claims law and medical recovery for injured clients. He was also the editor-in-chief of the Spanish magazine 'El Mensajero'. He has rich knowledge and experience in car accidents. In his spare time, he reviews a new car every week and has a strong fan base. He is an integral part of the office and provides client assistance at every stage of the recovery process. With his experience and native language (Spanish), he has helped thousands of injured Latinos in the Bay Area, thus knowing very well the needs of the community in Northern California.
