He began his career practicing criminal defense, and understands how matters in criminal courts can affect a client’s immigration status. Mr. Fullerton is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Fayette County Bar Association. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. As a law student, Mr. Fullerton was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal, and an intern with the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Commonwealth’s Attorney, and the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet. As an undergraduate, Kirby spent a summer in Lima, Peru as an intern for the U.S. Commercial Service. Born in Berlin, Germany to U.S. citizen parents, Mr. Fullerton spent the majority of his childhood in Latin America. He has lived in Brazil, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica and Peru, and traveled throughout South and Central America. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, culture and sports.

Luis R. Solis grew up in Roma, Texas. He earned his A.B. in sociology and economics from Brown University and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2018. He previously taught high school math as a Teach For America corps member.

Adam Soltys

In 2006, Mr. Geraige relocated to Chile, where he served as Director, Partner and Legal Representative for several corporate entities over a period of 15 years. In 2014, Mr. Geraige founded J.G. Turismo, a successful real estate and tourist agency that connects multinational investors and travelers. Mr. Geraige was born in Valparaiso, Chile, and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Stephanie Jones

Stephanie obtained her bachelor of science degree in political science from Texas A&M University, with a focus on legal research and a minor in business management. Stephanie manages the firm and makes sure you receive prompt personal attention along the way. Like her husband, Chad Jones, she has a passion for helping people and her priority is to work with you for the justice you deserve. As Executive Director, Stephanie focuses on improving the client experience and the firm’s case results each day, overseeing overall operations, processes and procedures, compliance, technology, HR management and accounting. She is also heavily involved in strategic business planning and the expansion of the firm. In addition, Stephanie developed the core values that all attorneys and staff members follow in order to put clients first and provide the best representation. Desiree De Jesus-Roman holds a bachelor’s in communications and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. She began her legal career in 2014 as a Hearing Officer in Puerto Rico and managed a law firm there. After relocating to the D.C. area in 2017, she began practicing immigration law, successfully representing clients in asylum, adjustment of status, and naturalization cases. She is native in Spanish and barred in Puerto Rico.

Melissa Betancourt

Melissa Betancourt is an Associate Attorney in the Elder Law division at RTRLAW, focusing on probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2024 and is a first-generation Colombian American. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Elder Law. She served as Editor-in-Chief of the St. Thomas Law Review and held leadership roles in student organizations. She interned with the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Probate Division, and worked as a law clerk. Prior to law, she was a Settlement Specialist at a public adjusting firm. Raj Patel

Daiana Pompa

Daiana Pompa is a case manager for Firouzbakht Law Firm. Her career in the legal field began in 2018, and has worked cases dealing with personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and negligent security. Though the aspects of these cases are difficult, Daiana loves being able to help ‘the good guys win against the insurance companies. Daiana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lived there until she was 10 years old, thus allowing her to be fluent in Spanish both in speaking and writing. She then moved to the great state of Texas and married her husband, Jesus Pompa, in 2014. In 2021, she and her husband welcomed their daughter, Isabela, and in 2023 they welcomed their second daughter, Alexandra.
