With Spanish as her primary language, she can effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients. Her proficiency in English also makes her an excellent asset for our English-speaking clients. Mollie grew up in a small town in upstate South Carolina, where she developed a strong sense of community. She moved to Las Vegas in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy, rich cultural diversity, and stunning desert landscapes. It’s a city that welcomes people from all walks of life, each with their own unique perspectives and experiences, and Mollie instantly felt at home. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a B.A. in history in 2021. While pursuing her law degree at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, Mollie was actively involved in student leadership, serving as vice president of the Environmental Law Society. She was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Pretrial Litigation and graduated cum laude in 2025. Mollie began her legal career at Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen as a law clerk, assisting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process, from discovery to trial preparation. From her earliest days at the firm, she worked closely with experienced mentors who helped her build a strong foundation in client advocacy and a deep understanding of what it takes to fight for injured clients. Driven by empathy and compassion, Mollie is committed to helping people through difficult times.
