During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and interned at the Center for Advancement of Human Rights in Tallahassee, FL, as well as CABA Pro Bono Legal Services. Matthew “Matt” Zobrist, originally from Utah, graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He was hired by the City of Henderson Police Department that same year, where he served as a Police Officer until retiring as a Sergeant in 2016. During his time with the Henderson Police Department, he completed his Juris Doctorate at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2006. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2007. Combing his law enforcement experience and legal knowledge in the classroom, He is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Nevada and an Instructor for the Southern Desert Regional Police Academy. Daniela Del Valle was born in Tabasco, Mexico and lived there throughout her childhood. Dany graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2008. She traveled and lived in several other cities throughout Mexico for her job to include Merida, Queretaro and Campeche. In 2014 Dany met her husband, Derek while he was vacationing in Mexico and they married in 2015 and moved to Jeffersonville, Indiana. Dany began working at Bolus Law Offices in 2016 and has continued to learn about the legal field and teach her co-workers many new things while expanding their Spanish vocabulary. Dany is fluent in Spanish and English and her duties as a law clerk include maintaining the office files, organizing the incoming daily mail, requesting medical records and other office duties.
