Dominick’s thirst for knowledge led him to pursue his undergraduate and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from NYU Brooklyn Tech, instilling in him a strong analytical mindset. However, his unwavering desire to make a direct impact on people's lives led him to Touro Law School, where he excelled academically and graduated as a top student.

Jeremy Attia is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. Jeremy specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Jeremy graduated from FIU with a B.A. International Relations. He then completed his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

With a solid 10-year background in assisting injured workers, Jonathan has blossomed from a file clerk to an accomplished legal assistant. In addition to this, Jonathan has made several appearances before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board as a hearing representative on behalf of injured workers. He was born in Mexico and raised in San Diego. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and has been in the industry for many years before joining our team. His objective is to provide exceptional service and personalized attention to all clients. Samantha Soto

Samantha was born in San Diego and raised in the Imperial Valley. She began working with The Law Office of Thomas DeBenedetto in 2023. She has over 10 years of customer service experience, part of which she gained while working with the County of Imperial. Samantha is fluent in Spanish and enjoys assisting our clients and fellow staff members any and every which way. On her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with family, especially her three kids and crafting with her Cricut.

Alejandra Fernandez

Alejandra Fernandez is a highly coordinated Legal Assistant at Rosen Injury Law, P.A. She aids paralegals and attorneys, oversees mail, manages check disbursements, and contacts medical providers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Arizona. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Socorro’s journey and accomplishments are truly inspiring, and we are excited to share her story with you. Originally from the beautiful paradise island of Yucatan, Mexico, Socorro brings a vibrant cultural background and a unique perspective to our team. She eventually made her way to Florida during the pandemic. Socorro is not only a dedicated professional but also a strong mother of two. Her strength and resilience are truly admirable, and they serve as a testament to her commitment to her family. As one of our translators here at Dellutri Law Group, Socorro plays a vital role in bridging communication gaps. With Spanish as her primary language, she can effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients. Her proficiency in English also makes her an excellent asset for our English-speaking clients. Mollie grew up in a small town in upstate South Carolina, where she developed a strong sense of community. She moved to Las Vegas in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy, rich cultural diversity, and stunning desert landscapes. It’s a city that welcomes people from all walks of life, each with their own unique perspectives and experiences, and Mollie instantly felt at home. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a B.A. in history in 2021. While pursuing her law degree at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, Mollie was actively involved in student leadership, serving as vice president of the Environmental Law Society. She was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Pretrial Litigation and graduated cum laude in 2025. Mollie began her legal career at Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen as a law clerk, assisting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process, from discovery to trial preparation. From her earliest days at the firm, she worked closely with experienced mentors who helped her build a strong foundation in client advocacy and a deep understanding of what it takes to fight for injured clients. Driven by empathy and compassion, Mollie is committed to helping people through difficult times. As a new attorney, she is eager to put her skills to work advocating for clients and ensuring they receive the justice and support they deserve. Outside of her professional life, Mollie enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty surrounding Las Vegas. She also loves reading and spending time with her two cats, Charlie and Sky.

He is multicultural, fluent in Spanish, German, and English, with experience in international business development projects across Germany, Spain, U.K., Mexico, and U.S.A. He established AXIKON and Partners, S.L. in 2004 and has been responsible for the development of the InterConnect Group since 2016.

Allison Ramirez is the Legal Receptionist and Secretary at the Law Offices of James A. Welcome. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she immigrated to New York City in 2016 and graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Fluent in English and Spanish, she ensures clients feel heard and supported, bringing deep empathy from her own immigrant experience. She also has interests in arts, fashion design, skating, and swimming.
