Oriana Riquezes

Oriana Riquezes is an Associate Attorney at Nicklaus & Associates, P.A. recently passing the Florida Bar. She graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Criminology and a minor in French. During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and interned at the Center for Advancement of Human Rights in Tallahassee, FL, as well as CABA Pro Bono Legal Services. In these roles, she assisted underprivileged clients, including victims of human trafficking and unaccompanied minors, in navigating the legal processes for asylum, permanent residency, and citizenship. While in law school, Ms. Riquezes interned for the Honorable Judge Carmen Cabarga of the 11th Circuit Criminal Division and gained experience at an insurance defense litigation firm before joining Nicklaus & Associates. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Ms. Riquezes moved to the United States in 2014. She is fluent in English and Spanish and conversant in French. Having lived in five countries before settling in Miami, FL, she brings a diverse international perspective to her legal career. Ms. Riquezes is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.

Abigail Vidals

Matthew “Matt” Zobrist, originally from Utah, graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He was hired by the City of Henderson Police Department that same year, where he served as a Police Officer until retiring as a Sergeant in 2016. During his time with the Henderson Police Department, he completed his Juris Doctorate at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2006. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2007. Combing his law enforcement experience and legal knowledge in the classroom, He is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Nevada and an Instructor for the Southern Desert Regional Police Academy. Joining the GGRM team allowed Matt to continue to do what he loved doing in law enforcement - making a difference in people’s lives. “I love to help educate our clients on what their rights are when they are injured and give them hope.” Matt speaks fluent Spanish, developed during his time serving the people of Paraguay as a missionary in his younger years. He is married to his college sweetheart and loves spending time with her and their seven children.

Associate Attorney Giuliano Dorian received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Santa Barbara. While attending the university, he started the Philanthropy Club, which focused on fundraising for local causes. As part of the club, he helped to organize clothing drives for victims of the Woolsey Fire and promote canned food drives for individuals in halfway houses. Mr. Dorian attended Southwestern University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2023. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney in the state, Mr. Dorian practiced employment law as a law clerk with Levin & Nalbandyan. He is honored to continue his work with the firm as an attorney. He knows the challenges that Los Angeles workers face and aims to secure justice on behalf of his clients. Attorney Dorian is a native Angeleno who enjoys watching soccer, hiking, and playing strategy games when not in the office.

Rita Toscano joined Kramer Trial Lawyers in May 2015 as the first Legal Assistant, bringing administrative, office management, and accounting skills. She is bilingual in English/Spanish, assisting Spanish-speaking clients and maintaining close relationships with them. Rita supports all attorneys, handles front desk duties, and daily operations. New to the legal field, she is passionate about helping others and seeking justice for clients. Before KTL, Rita worked as an Administrative Assistant at California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Inc.’s Latino Family Center. Anthony Jaime

Daniela Del Valle

Daniela Del Valle was born in Tabasco, Mexico and lived there throughout her childhood. Dany graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2008. She traveled and lived in several other cities throughout Mexico for her job to include Merida, Queretaro and Campeche. In 2014 Dany met her husband, Derek while he was vacationing in Mexico and they married in 2015 and moved to Jeffersonville, Indiana. Dany began working at Bolus Law Offices in 2016 and has continued to learn about the legal field and teach her co-workers many new things while expanding their Spanish vocabulary. Dany is fluent in Spanish and English and her duties as a law clerk include maintaining the office files, organizing the incoming daily mail, requesting medical records and other office duties. In her spare time Dany loves to spend time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys going to the lake in the summer, reading and attending local theatre.
