Carole has successfully appeared multiple times before Appellate Courts throughout New York State, including New York’s highest Court, the Court of Appeals in Albany on behalf of the firm’s client’s.

She graduated May 2023 and was admitted to the Bar in September 2023. After graduating in 2023 Averey worked as an Associate Attorney at another local firm before joining McCormally and Cosgrove, PLLC in 2024.
