Michael Vega, born and raised in Athens, Alabama, is an attorney who was the first in his family to attend and graduate from college. He earned a Bachelor's in Political Science and a minor in History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a JD from The James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, specializing in Immigration Law. He gained practical experience through the Community Immigration Law Placement Clinic (CILPC) and internships with local immigration attorneys. Growing up in an immigrant family, he has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the migrant community and is committed to advocating for them.

Deidra started with the firm in 2006 as a receptionist. Her cheerful attitude and caring nature make her a great Case Manager. While she didn’t ever see herself working in the legal field, she couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Deidra was born in Kermit and raised in Pecos. She even married her long-time sweetheart. They are the proud parents to their daughter Camila and their furry, four-legged princess pup named Khloe. She’s always up for an adventure. In her spare time she loves shopping, BBQ get-together with family, & kickboxing at 9Round. You can expect to see her in the office wearing a Cowboys jersey every Friday during football season!

Nathan T. Clemens

Manitowoc, WI

Nathan T. Clemens is a dedicated attorney with a diverse legal background and a strong commitment to advocacy and justice. His fluency in Spanish and experience working with a wide range of legal issues allow him to provide comprehensive, client-focused representation. Nathan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in December 2020, earning a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Latin American culture with a minor in international business. He then pursued his legal education at Marquette University Law School, where he graduated cum laude in May 2024. While at Marquette, he was an active member of the Marquette Immigration Law Association, demonstrating his passion for advocacy. Nathan’s legal career began in immigration law, where he worked extensively with Spanish-speaking clients at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and Grzeca Law Group. He later expanded his practice to include family law, landlord-tenant law, estate planning and general civil litigation at Salutz and Salutz Law, LLP. In November 2024 Nathan joined MGW Law, where his practice shifted to insurance law, focusing on bad faith litigation and insurance claims disputes. His diverse experience and language skills make him a valuable asset to the firm and a trusted advocate for his clients.

Patricia Preciado is Of-Counsel to McKenzie Law Firm, specializing exclusively in insurance law, representing homeowners and insureds against insurance companies. She joined the firm in 2021. She graduated from Florida International University College of Law in 2011 and previously worked as a partner at an insurance defense firm in Broward County, Florida. She is a first-generation American of Cuban descent and speaks Spanish.

Gregory Hrebinko

Gregory Hrebinko is a commercial litigator at Mackey Law Group. He has experience prosecuting criminal cases for three years and representing individuals in immigration and deportation proceedings for four and a half years. He is fluent in Spanish.

Diana Rodriguez

Esmeralda is a dedicated advocate driven by her passion for making the law more accessible to everyone, especially those who are disadvantaged. During law school, Esmeralda honed her advocacy skills as a law clerk with various immigration nonprofits, where she helped unaccompanied minors and refugees navigate complex immigration systems. As a WLALA fellow, she provided legal guidance and compassionate support to veterans experiencing homelessness. She also participated in Pepperdine’s Restoration and Justice Clinic, where she provided direct legal services to domestic violence and human trafficking survivors. At Lawyers for Justice, PC, she uses her strong legal skills and experience to advocate for the rights of California employees.
