Jacob Hugentobler

San Antonio, TX

Jacob joined the Packard Law Firm in 2020, having experience in family law, oil and gas, probate, insurance defense, and full-time parenting. Jacob has personal experience facing the prospect of a medical disability. Corrective leg surgery in 2009 helped him avoid his own impairment from a severe physical disability. Jacob weighs the issues and focuses on the facts most likely to lead to the best achievable outcome for his clients. Jacob is a first-generation lawyer in his family. Jacob grew up overseas in Scotland, the Middle East, Nigeria, and India while his dad worked for an oil-services company. Beginning in India, Jacob has been speaking and learning Spanish for over 10 years. Between finishing university and starting law school, Jacob married the love of his life Natalie-who became a fully licensed Texas Architect early in her career-and worked at the Cathedral School of Saint Mary in Austin. Prior to being licensed, Jacob represented clients for the Veteran’s Advocacy Clinic at the Texas A&M University School of Law. He also worked in a policy-advising role for the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott in the 86th Legislative Session and as a student legal intern with the United States Department of Justice’s San Antonio office. Jacob is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggies Class of 2019. Jacob lives in San Antonio with his wife Natalie, daughter Alice, and baby son Charles. He enjoys taking them on outdoor adventures, playing billiards, watching Starcraft 2 tournaments, and teaching kids how to solve Rubik’s cubes.

Bettina Grandich has served as our Senior Workers’ Compensation Coordinator for more than 25 years. She acts as a liaison between you (the injured worker) and the Industrial Accident Board and Administrative Law Judges, your attorney and/or advocate, as well as your employer’s insurer and their defense counsel. Bettina will guide you through the complex maze of the workers’ compensation process to ensure that you are treated fairly and that your goals are met. She will help you receive timely payments of your weekly compensation checks, medical bills, and additional benefits that may be available to you.

David Brandon is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal at Finney Injury Law. Originally from Ecuador, he holds an LLM in American Law from Saint Louis University. Camila is a law graduate from the University of Anáhuac Mayab. She furthered her education in Victoria, BC, Canada, where she honed her English skills, and in Paris at the University La Sorbonne, where she became proficient in French. Throughout her academic journey, Camila has completed numerous law courses focusing on property tax exemption, legislation analysis, and procedures before the property registry. Currently, she is actively engaged in the field of Real Estate Law, where she aims to apply her extensive knowledge and experience to benefit her clients.

Ana Maria Sardi is a lawyer primarily dedicated to United States immigration law. Originally from Colombia and an immigrant herself, she speaks Spanish and has dedicated her life to supporting the Hispanic community. She received her Doctorate in Law from LSU University, graduating with honors. While at LSU, she was a member of the Immigration Clinic and Juvenile Cases Clinic, receiving an award for her work defending detainees in immigration cases.

Nathan Tobler received his degree in communications from Brigham Young University in 2003. He then attended law school at Arizona State University, where he served as an editor on the school’s law journal, worked as an extern for the Arizona Court of Appeals, and participated as a student member of the Horace Rumpole Inn of Court. Nathan specializes in accident injury cases.

Alexis Izquierdo

Our founder, Alexis Izquierdo, personally experienced this struggle. After suffering a near-fatal cycling accident, he underwent the amputation of his arm. Like many South Florida residents and visitors, he faced the overwhelming battle of securing fair compensation after such a life-changing injury. This experience became his life’s mission to help others fight for their rights and overcome the legal and financial hardships that follow a serious accident.
