Martha A. Garcia

About Martha

Martha Garcia has been with Katz Friedman since 1986. She concentrates her practice in workers' compensation, with special expertise in the airline, education, and health care industries, and also represents labor organizations. She is a frequent lecturer and author on workers' compensation and disability/employment law. She served as chairperson of the Chicago Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Committee. She earned a B.S. degree from Northwestern University in 1975 and a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1986 with High Honors. She is a member of several bar associations.
