About Rex
REX SCHLICHT grew up in Woonsocket, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from Dakota Wesleyan University and law degree from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. While in law school, Rex was a member of the Moot Court Board and received awards for brief writing and earning second place in the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. He also served as a law fellow for the Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment. Following law school, Rex clerked for the South Dakota Supreme Court. Rex is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association. He focuses on general practice.
