About John

John Kane is a litigator experienced in complex commercial litigation, investigations, and bankruptcy matters, practicing in state and federal courts in New York. He has extensive experience drafting complaints, dispositive motions, and handling discovery. Before joining Denlea & Carton, he was counsel at an international law firm specializing in bankruptcy and financial restructuring litigation, and also worked as a jury consultant. He has appeared on and written articles for the sports law podcast Conduct Detrimental, winning the 2024 NIL Essay Competition. John graduated from Boston College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
