Nicole started working at DSS Law in 2017 as a college intern and became a full-time legal assistant in 2018. In 2019, she began to attend Dickinson Law School, where she continued her work for DSS Law as a part-time legal research assistant while also serving as a law clerk for both the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Judge Matthew P. Smith and the Cumberland County Public Defender’s Office. Nicole joined DSS Law as an associate attorney after she graduated from law school and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2022. She is a Waynesboro native and strives to use creative approaches to legal issues with cost-consciousness and strong advocacy.

Scott B. Goode served in the U.S. Navy onboard USS Enterprise, CVN-65. He studied Business at Northeastern State University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. He is a certified Native American Lawyer with expertise in criminal defense, divorce, paternity, child support, property and debt distribution, and civil litigation. He is dedicated to representing veterans, reservists, and active-duty service members.

Dixon L. Sandaire

Dixon L. Sandaire is an attorney at Black Rock Legal Group, PLLC. He emigrated from France to the U.S. as a young adult and has experience with the immigration system. Nils Herdelin

Nils Herdelin, with roots in New Jersey, Kentucky, and Ohio, applies diverse perspectives to his legal practice. He earned his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the bar in Ohio. Jason Ibey graduated with the highest honors from California State University, Fullerton, and received his law degree with high honors from Whittier Law School. He served as a legal extern at Kazerouni Law Group APC before joining as an attorney in 2012 and became a partner in 2019. He is conversant and literate in Spanish and focuses on protecting consumer rights.

Olivia Belmont joined Jeffrey P. Cario, P.A. in January 2023 as an associate attorney. She earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2023 and focuses on family and criminal law.

Reid J. Shepard

Reid J. Shepard has been licensed to practice law in Iowa since 2021. He joined Betty, Neuman & McMahon in 2022. Prior to joining, he was a judicial law clerk for judge Amanda Potterfield and then Paul B. Ahlers on the Iowa Court of Appeals. He graduated from Hamline University and the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019 with distinction.

Melissa Rutkoske

Ridgeland, MS

Melissa Rutkoske received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After three years in the Army as an Army Engineer, and then seven years in project management for Consolidated Edison, Melissa went on to study law at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Melissa graduated cum laude and spent the next number of years practicing family law in a boutique firm in New York, handling much of the firm’s litigation. Her husband’s employment transfer from New York to Jackson, Mississippi allowed Melissa to practice immigration law. Melissa currently handles affirmative filings with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, along with immigration court.

Jenny Granados

Jenny Granados is the firm’s Finance Officer, responsible for client disbursements. She has worked at the firm since 2006, processing thousands of settlements and maximizing clients' net share of proceeds. She is precise, accurate, and patient, explaining settlements and options to clients. She speaks English and Spanish.

Selene Gresco

Selene Gresco joined GroverLawKC Injury & Accident Lawyers to support Hispanic clients. As a native Spanish speaker, she helps bridge communication gaps. She spent her childhood in Mexico and now lives in the Kansas City area with her husband of 12 years and two young sons. Outside of work, she is busy with her sons' activities like swimming, jiujitsu, and wrestling.

Jonathan E. Dekel

Jonathan Dekel is Of Counsel at Etehad Law, with a primary practice area of traffic and misdemeanor violations. Jonathan is based in Los Angeles and serves most Counties in the State of California. After graduating cum laude from Loyola Law School in the top 10% of his class, Jonathan founded his practice in 2009. Jonathan enjoys evening a very unfair playing field for drivers throughout Southern California. Because Jonathan’s exclusive focus is on traffic violations, he has extensive experience and strong connections with courts, law enforcement agencies, officers, and judges. He uses these relationships to his clients’ advantage, as he is able to tailor his approach based on the unique circumstances of each case and each municipality. Now that Jonathan has teamed up with Etehad Law, it will provide a more robust network of legal professionals who can better serve Etehad Law’s clients. Jonathan’s association with Etehad Law also provides greater support for his clients as they navigate through their day-to-day activities in the event they are injured in an accident and encountering challenges along the way. Karina brings a background in social policy and law to her role at the firm. She earned her Master of Science in Social Policy and Data Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio. Prior to joining the firm, Karina served as a Legislative Assistant with the Philadelphia City Council, where she contributed to research, policy development, and administrative efforts focused on public health and social justice. Her experience in government enables her to approach legal work with a thoughtful and analytical perspective, particularly in personal injury and civil litigation. Karina is also bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and is committed to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. She currently resides in Philadelphia.

Andrew Simpson

Raleigh, NC

Andrew Simpson's practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, as well as state and local government affairs. Andrew grew up in Carrboro, North Carolina, and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at UNC-Chapel Hill. He then spent five years in Washington, D.C., where he worked on Capitol Hill as a senior policy advisor and communications director. He returned to North Carolina to attend law school at UNC-Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Broun National Trial Team, North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, and Holderness Moot Court International Team. Following law school, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sam J. Ervin, IV, on the Supreme Court of North Carolina, and subsequently served as Chief Counsel for Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs for the North Carolina Judicial Branch. When not practicing law, Andrew enjoys coaching youth basketball, spending time with family, and listening to live music.

Ioana Enescu

Ioana’s high school education began at Leysin American School in Switzerland where she graduated from in 2008. She then wished to remain in Switzerland and went on to Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland where she studied Political Science and Marketing until 2009. She then transferred to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009 and received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 with a major in Public Health and a minor in Psychology with a Certificate in Addictions. She earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University: Delaware Law School in 2016. During her time at law school she worked with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and with the Judge Advocate General Corps in the Air Force. She also studied International Criminal Law and Corporate Law abroad in Switzerland and Italy. Other than English, Ioana fluently speaks Romanian, Moldavian, French, and is conversational in Spanish.

Amanda Maley Whitlock

Maley Whitlock received a B.A. in History from Toccoa Falls College. She received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. In her spare time, Maley enjoys reading, renovation projects, and traveling.

James R. Miller II graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law with Honors in 1989. He worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Tennessee Court of Appeals and practiced law in Nashville and Knoxville before founding his law firm in Johnson City in 1998. He has over 36 years of experience.

Magalis Perez-Collazo is the founding attorney of Perez Collazo Law Firm. She has been practicing law since 2001, gaining extensive experience across various legal areas and holding prominent leadership positions. After relocating to Texas to raise her family, she established Perez Collazo Law Firm in 2011 and has proudly called Texas home ever since. Magalis is an experienced attorney dedicated to fighting for the rights of injury victims, providing compassionate and effective legal representation with a career spanning over two decades.

Jazmin Zaragoza was born in Michoacán, Mexico and immigrated to the United States at the age of five. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Oklahoma State University in May 2015. In May 2018, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma. Jazmin joined Military Law Group in November 2020, focusing primarily on immigration law. As a fluent Spanish speaker who has personally navigated the immigration process, she is dedicated to helping others. Her practice also includes family law matters such as divorce, custody, child support, and guardianships. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Bar Association, and serves as Vice Chairperson on the Oklahoma Bar Immigration Section Committee. She is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma District Courts.

Born in Wilmington, DE, Scott Himelein attended the University of Richmond in Virginia. After earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Himelein attended the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. While at Temple, he participated in the American Inn of Court, was named a distinguished oral arguer, and made Dean’s List.

John D. Oman was born in 1957, graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Northern University in 1979 and The Ohio State University College of Law in 1982, joining the firm in 1987. He is also a licensed title insurance agent and manages Assured Title Agency, Inc. His practice areas include real estate, and estate and business planning.

Shelby Anne Armstrong

Shelby Anne Armstrong joined Pillar Law Group in November 2023, practicing family law, estate planning and administration, and small business law. She graduated from DePauw University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2023. Andrew Whiteley Schuster

Andrew was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2008 from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his legal career in Corpus Christi, Texas as an oil and gas attorney. In 2015, he left private practice to work for Nueces County. Since 2018, Andrew has assisted clients in defense litigation, creditors in collection matters, and other complex civil litigation. Andrew joined ALBM Law Firm in 2021, and is excited to be working as part of the firm's trial and bankruptcy/collection teams.
