Stephanie Hannosh, a San Diego native, was sworn in as an attorney at Aminpour & Associates in 2024 after passing the California Bar Exam. Her journey with the firm began in 2019 when she started as a legal assistant while completing her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. Stephanie graduated from California Western School of Law in December 2023, where she excelled in appellate advocacy, earning the prestigious Distinguished Advocate Award in the school’s William C. Chad Pitts

Chad attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. While enrolled he served as a Volunteer Income Tax Preparer for United Way. He received his BA in Economics and History. Chad then attended law school with one goal, to become a trial attorney. He attended Baylor Law School, renowned as the third-ranking trial advocacy program in the nation and graduated in the top third of his class. While at Baylor Law Chad clerked for the Texas State Office of Administrative hearings. There he witnessed the top litigators in Texas argue everything from multimillion dollar tax issues to professional licensing. After passing the bar exam with a score above the 99th percentile, Chad moved to Colorado. He began his professional career as a Deputy District Attorney with Colorado’s 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. Chad handled over fifteen jury trials, numerous bench trials, and a variety of hearings in his time as a Deputy District Attorney. His caseload spanned a spectrum of misdemeanor and felony charges, including offenses such as DUI/DWAI, Drug Offenses, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Weapons Offenses, Explosives, Attempted Murders. Chad also served as the head of the Speed Contest Taskforce for Arapahoe, Douglas, Lincoln, and Elbert Counties while at the District Attorney’s Office. Since joining Fuller & Ahern, P.C. This inspired her passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers. Abigayle Theilmann, born and raised in Arlington, Kentucky, developed an interest in law through the Governor’s Scholars Program. She excelled academically and in advocacy at the University of Kentucky, serving as Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Board and co-president of the Bankruptcy Moot Court team. She gained practical experience with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and various law firms.

Natalie A. Peroutka

Natalie A. Peroutka is a native Marylander who joined Byrd & Byrd after decades of diverse work experience, including in the hospitality industry and owning a daycare. She earned a B.A. in mathematics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2017. She clerked at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court for two judges before entering private practice. Natalie focuses on estate planning and estate administration.

Richard was born and raised in Utah, where he attended college and met his wife, Kelli. After graduating with undergraduate degrees in culinary arts and international politics, Richard moved to Temple to study at Baylor Law School. Upon graduating from Baylor Law he began practicing civil litigation in the Central Texas area, with a focus on construction law. His current practice areas include general litigation, construction disputes, breach of contract, landlord tenant law, and contract review. Rich spends his free time hiking, playing disc golf, and getting outdoors with his wife and son.
