In 2014, while working full-time, Christina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino. Demonstrating unwavering commitment to professional growth, she pursued law school at California Desert Trial Academy, balancing full-time work with rigorous studies. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in May 2022 and was admitted to practice law in California in May 2024. Christina is an active member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Desert Bar Association. Geraldine Perez

She actively assists in the development of a client’s bodily injury claim by ensuring that each client has access to the same protocols, evaluations, tools, and opportunities to maximize their claim value. Geraldine’s professional history in customer experience and guest services as part of a Fortune 100 company allows her to connect with clients on a personal level, reassuring them that their claim is in capable hands. Every day, Geraldine tries to hold close to Maya Angelou’s words, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”. Geraldine understands that the voice of a victim can be drowned out in the chaotic aftermath of an accident, so she endeavors to amplify each victim’s voice to ensure that his/her story of pain and loss will not be overlooked. Moreover, the primary motivation driving Geraldine’s professional activities is the desire to help others in need. Accordingly, her main objective in any personal injury claim is to make sure that when a client is done with treatment, they are as healthy - mentally, physically, and financially - as they were prior to the accident.

Julie Moreno serves as Kanner & Pintaluga’s Treasurer and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Leadership Team. As Treasurer, she is responsible for auditing client settlement statements and managing incoming and outgoing capital for the Firm. In addition, she acts as the liaison for the multiple real estate assets held by Firm’s affiliated entities. Julie joined Kanner & Pintaluga in 2009 as a receptionist and quickly rose to several supervisory positions. Prior to her current position, she served in an Executive Assistant role to the Firm’s Principals. Julie earned a A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Palm Beach Community College and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University. She is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and a Florida Notary Public.

Breanna is a dedicated advocate with a varied legal background who is strongly motivated by seeking justice for clients and curbing corporate greed. During law school, Breanna explored a wide variety of legal fields, as she volunteered at Asylum and immigration clinics, represented children in public school suspension hearings, interned with a local non-profit focused on economic justice, and served as an advisor to a small island nation at the United Nations, among other endeavors. Immediately after law school, Breanna commenced a Fellowship at the international NGO Human Rights Watch, where she conducted field research and advocacy related to refugee children’s right to education, culminating in the publishing of a report on the topic. Breanna subsequently spent 4.5 years practicing as an immigration attorney at a non-profit in NYC, providing trauma-informed legal representation to unaccompanied children facing removal proceedings.
