A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Elina attended Delaware Law School for her law degree before returning to Temple to receive her Masters in Business Administration and an additional Masters Degree. Elina has worked for some of the largest corporations in the United States prior to joining Affinity Injury Law. The daughter of a truck driver, she understands how accidents can alter the life of an entire family. An immigrant from Ukraine, Elina speaks English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. She is passionate about trial work and her commitment to her clients.

He has been working in the legal field for over 7 years, has a Latin American Law Degree and years of experience attending to trials, arbitrations and meditations in the United States Legal System. Alejandra Wheatley was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. She graduated from law school at Universidad de Antioquia before moving to Georgia in 2019. She has experience working for her university’s legal clinic, billing for medical services, and as a teacher assistant before becoming a paralegal in Atlanta. She returned to Moebes Law after a year.

Jesus De Luna Rodriguez is an experienced bilingual attorney. He completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Business Administration at St. Mary’s University. He clerked with a San Antonio-based law firm and served as a legal administrative assistant for the MATT Foundation. He gained experience representing clients in personal injury matters at Thomas J. Henry.

Devin Elmlinger is a Paralegal and Client Relations Specialist with CM. Devin graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a minor in Spanish, and she brings with her to CM the experience of having worked in the medical field for the last several years. In addition to her roles with the Family Law and Education Law divisions of CM, Devin’s education and experience make her an integral part of our firm’s Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Personal Injury divisions.

Salvatore A. Candela is an associate in VMM’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates practice, focusing on Trust & Estate Litigation, Trust & Estate Accounting, Fiduciary Accounting, and tax-related matters. He has nearly twenty years of experience in transactional, financial, tax, and estate matters, representing clients before the US Tax Court, NYS Tax Tribunal, and various New York State courts. He is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.

A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Daniel earned his Juris Doctor in May 2022. Following graduation, he successfully passed the Louisiana Bar Exam in February 2023 and was admitted to practice law in May 2023. Originally from Honduras, Daniel moved to the United States in 2008 and proudly became a U.S. citizen in 2020. Fluent in Spanish, Daniel offers bilingual legal services to better serve Louisiana’s diverse communities. Kaitlyn B. Statile

Kaitlyn Statile attended the University of Georgia where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. She then went on to earn her juris doctorate from Florida State University, College of Law. While in Tallahassee, she interned at the State Attorney’s Office, beginning her passion for trial law. After graduation she began working at the State Attorney’s Office in Pinellas County where she conducted over 50 trials and obtained a murder indictment from a grand jury. She then went on to practice civil litigation prior to moving to Costa Rica where she learned Spanish and worked in immigration and real estate law for ex-pats. She is now working with Carlson, Meissner, Hart and Hayslett where she recently received the Client’s Choice Award from Avvo. She was on the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is a member of the Pinellas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Kaitlyn resides in Pinellas County with her family. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, playing tennis, gardening, cooking and spending time with her children and husband. Victor Velez joined Gonzalez Law Firm in 2012. He obtained a Certified Public Accountant degree in Bogota, Colombia in 1978 and a Paralegal degree in 2006. His career began as an external auditor for Banco Uconal, followed by a role as Sales Manager at Luker Chocolate Company. After relocating to the U.S. and working as a Loan Officer, he pursued legal studies. At Gonzalez Law Firm, Mr. Velez provides legal support in the Bankruptcy department, assisting clients through financial challenges. His background in accounting and banking is a key asset for managing bankruptcy petitions.
