Her expertise includes evaluation and clearance of trademarks, prosecution before the USPTO, trademark litigation, domain name disputes, copyright registration and litigation, and managing domestic and international trademark portfolios. She also serves as 'out-sourced general counsel' for entrepreneurs, start-ups, sole proprietors, and closely held businesses, advising on business structuring, employment and licensing agreements, buy-sell agreements, and intellectual property protection. She has worked with diverse industries including jewelry, cosmetics, clothing, home furnishings, handbags, toys, food and beverages, and advertising/marketing.
