Attorney Nick Frost has been practicing law since 2018 after completing both his undergraduate and law degrees at Duquesne University. Rick Gach, a Disability Representative, EDPNA, studied Industrial Technology at the California University of Pennsylvania. He began his career in 1989 as a workers’ compensation adjuster, then as a litigation paralegal assisting with workers’ compensation claims. In 2004, he started representing claimants before Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration. In 2005, he qualified for direct payment of non-attorney fees (EDPNA). He founded SSD Solutions in 2013, focusing on personalized Social Security Disability cases. Mr. Gach joined Gonzalez Law Firm in 2017, contributing his extensive knowledge to their Disability practice. He is a qualified Non-Attorney Representative under the Social Security Administration EDPNA Program.
