Jenny Osipov is a certified paralegal from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. Before joining Semirog Law Firm, pllc, she worked at the Union County District Judges’ office, managing caseloads and assisting with legal research. She currently resides in Charlotte with her husband and two sons.

Attorney Nick Frost has been practicing law since 2018 after completing both his undergraduate and law degrees at Duquesne University. Over the span of his legal career, he has chosen to focus his work in the area of helping injured people get the help they need and deserve. Nicholas A. Frost is a 2015 graduate of Duquesne University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Journalism. Nicholas then continued his stay on the Bluff when he attended Duquesne University’s School of Law until he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2018. During his time at Duquesne University’s School of Law, Nicholas earned a CALI Excellence for the Future award in Criminal Law and served as Executive Editor for Juris Magazine. He also interned with Matthews International, Inc., the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office, the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, the City of Pittsburgh’s legal department, and Duquesne University’s NCAA Compliance office. Following graduation from law school, Nicholas clerked for a year for the Honorable Linda Rovder Fleming in the Cambria County Court of Common Pleas before gaining experience with Pennsylvania workers’ compensation at a local defense firm and social security disability at a national law firm. Nicholas joined the Law Offices of Hall & Copetas in May of 2021.

Originally from Juneau, Alaska, Ella R. Floresca relocated to California where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice, with a minor in Business Administration, from California State University, San Jose. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Ella then moved to Clovis, California and attended San Joaquin College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor Degree in 2004. While in law school, Ella was an active member of the La Raza Association and held the position of Master of the Ritual as an officer for the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. An active member of the Kings County Bar Association, Ella focuses her practice on Business Law, Real Property, Contract Law, and Civil Litigation. Rick Gach, a Disability Representative, EDPNA, studied Industrial Technology at the California University of Pennsylvania. He began his career in 1989 as a workers’ compensation adjuster, then as a litigation paralegal assisting with workers’ compensation claims. In 2004, he started representing claimants before Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration. In 2005, he qualified for direct payment of non-attorney fees (EDPNA). He founded SSD Solutions in 2013, focusing on personalized Social Security Disability cases. Mr. Gach joined Gonzalez Law Firm in 2017, contributing his extensive knowledge to their Disability practice. He is a qualified Non-Attorney Representative under the Social Security Administration EDPNA Program.
