I can recall one particular day when my law school professor asked the class what we were going to do to help make the world a better place with our law degree. Tim graduated from Creighton University and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego. Before he became an Administrative Law Judge in July 2015, Tim was in private practice for almost thirty years. He began his legal career in Los Angeles where he represented self-insured employers, insurance carriers and governmental entities (including school districts) in state and federal court. There he gained extensive arbitration and trial experience focusing primarily on general liability and employment cases. Tim represented clients in every phase of litigation from drafting the initial pleadings through trial. Returning home to Colorado in 1994, Tim represented clients in employment, workers’ compensation (including subrogation), general liability and employment cases.
