Ihor is a personal injury attorney at The Sanders Law Firm. He considers the practice of law to be a calling-not just an occupation-and is driven by a strong sense of fairness and justice to represent everyday people injured in accidents. Ihor has been with the firm since 2019. He came to the United States in 2015 from Ukraine, where he was educated in law and practiced for several years. After earning a Master of Laws (LLM) from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Ihor worked in a New York real estate, financial lending, mortgage, and foreclosure law firm and honed his motion practice skills. His decision to shift to plaintiffs’ personal injury law, and his desire to land with a leading NY injury firm, led him to his current practice. Grace Wiseman

Grace Wiseman is originally from Gretna, Nebraska. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before completing her Juris Doctor at Creighton University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as Vice President of the Animal Law Society. Grace joined Horgan Law Firm as an associate in early 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and business law, where she represents individuals, businesses, and organizations in a wide range of legal matters. Grace has worked on cases involving complex contract disputes, tort claims, and other contested matters in both state and federal courts. She also advises clients on various aspects of business law, including entity formation, governance, and transactional matters. Grace is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through even the most complex legal challenges.

Cheryl Hood Langel obtained summary judgment in a trip and fall case and successfully moved to dismiss a school discrimination claim. She was also recognized with the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association Amicus Award in 2016.

Timothy Stephen Carey joined Nagle & Zaller, P.C., in May 2017 as an Associate Attorney. He specializes in real estate, debtor/creditor law, foreclosure, and litigation, with a focus on title and estates. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and Virginia.

Fiorella A. Gasco is a partner in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. Fiorella specializes in representing homeowners and business owners in property damage and coverage disputes throughout the state. Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Fiorella gained experience serving as an associate attorney at a well-respected South Florida defense firm. She has represented insurance companies in auto-accidents and premise liability cases and has several years of experience representing insurance carriers in first party disputes. Fiorella uses this training and experience to ensure maximum recovery for the policy holders she represents. Fiorella received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She went on to attend Florida International University College of Law where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as a Senior Staff Member for the FIU Law Review and was part of the FIU Law Moot Court Team. Marci J. Falco

Marci J. Falco is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After law school, Marci clerked for judges Kevin Black and Daryl Funk in the Shenandoah and Warren County Circuit Courts, respectively. During her clerkship, she observed and conducted research on a wide range of cases, both civil and criminal, in addition to publishing an opinion with Judge Funk regarding expungements. Outside work, Marci enjoys traveling, spending family time at the lake, and taking the family dog Percy on long walks.

Ana Luisa Mendicuti is a bilingual lawyer graduated from the Autonomous University of Yucatán, Faculty of Law. She has more than four years of experience in notarial law, civil law, real estate, and inheritance law, among other branches of law. In the area of property transactions, she has experience with acquisitions made through trust/Fideicomiso and Infonavit Credit.
