She completed her undergraduate degree at California State University, Long Beach and graduated as Valedictorian from Whittier Law School in 2018. Monique is actively involved in community mentorship programs and is a board member of the Long Beach Bar Association’s scholarship committee. She is born and raised in Southern California.

Todd received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1998. Todd was an oral advocate and brief writer on the Varsity Moot Court Team at South Texas College of Law from 1996-1998. Along with his teammates, Todd earned two national appellate advocacy championships; one in 1996 at the William F. Starr Insurance Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Connecticut School of Law and the other in 1997 at the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Todd received his B.A. degree in political science, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston in 1992. Todd was an Honors Graduate with the University of Houston Honors College and received the Outstanding Graduate Award for the College of Social Sciences for 1991-1992.

Rebecca Blazquez

Rebecca Blazquez joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in 2021 as an Associate Attorney. She practices in elder law, probate, and estate planning. She obtained a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University.
