She also plays an instrumental role in working with Spanish clients by assisting with translation. When not in the office Tiffany is earning her degree in Business and Administration and spends time with her two teenage daughters. She is an avid reader and writer and often participates in writing workshops as one of her hobbies is to become a book writer.

He also gained valuable litigation experience as a legal extern at the Louisville Public Defender’s office and worked with Certified Computer Forensic Experts on ESI collection and digital information preservation.

Kristel Simon, affectionately known as Kris, brings a diverse background and a unique set of interests to our team as the newest Guest Services Member. Born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Kris proudly identifies with their Palestinian heritage, creating a rich tapestry of cultural influences that shape their worldview. Outside of the tech world, Kris has a unique set of hobbies. They enjoy watching criminal trials, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending spare time drawing. A passionate cook, Kris loves creating recipes, with a particular focus on Arab and Asian cuisines. Kris finds joy in family life, with two younger sisters and an 8-year-old niece. Despite the geographical distance, she maintains a strong connection with a long-distance partner in the UK. Kris is dedicated to supporting charities that combat domestic violence against women and children, with a special interest in organizations like RAINN.

Luis Zarate is a dedicated Legal Assistant with a passion for justice, a strong sense of responsibility, and a track record of going above and beyond for his clients. Dante D’Andrea is an Associate Attorney at Cross Law Office, LLC. He obtained his JD from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2022. While at ONU, Dante was member of the Trial Team and competed in numerous national competitions. Attorney D’Andrea has been involved in both the defense and prosecuting sides of the law prior to joining Cross Law Office. He worked as a certified legal intern for both Hancock County and Allen County Public Defender Offices. Once sworn in, he began working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Allen County. Prior to attending law school, Attorney D’Andrea earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in 2019, majoring in International Business with a minor in Law. While at Bluffton, Attorney D’Andrea was a closing pitcher for the Bluffton Beavers baseball team and did a semester in Guatemala studying the Spanish language and cultural differences in various Guatemalan communities.
