Riley Reilly was born and grew up just north of Atlanta in Gwinnett County, Georgia. As a first-generation college student, Riley was proud to attend the University of Georgia following high school graduation where she majored in both Political Science and International Affairs and minored in Spanish. While at the University of Georgia, Riley found a passion for hands-on work helping others with issues ranging from environmental racism to farmworker justice. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law in 2021, where she received a Public Interest Certificate. Throughout her studies, Riley was especially interested in International Law and Immigration Law. She was included in the inaugural class for the Immigration Clinic at Georgia State University College of Law and found strong interest in her studies of international policy. Upon graduation, Riley worked briefly at a private firm practicing municipal liability defense before transitioning to Slepian and Schwartz. At Slepian and Schwartz, Riley has maintained her interest in both Immigration Law and International Law, however has found she prefers to engage in litigation of other matters including Construction Defect Law, Landlord /Tenant Law, and Family Law.
