She also has experience with family based petitions including I-130s, U visas, VAWA and Waivers. Mrs. Cartagena graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Law School in 2014 with honors. After graduating from Law School, she started her legal career in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where she was awarded for her exemplary work with the Civil Rights Division Assistant Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award in 2016. Her passion for immigration prompted her to move from Civil Rights into full Immigration Work. Mrs. Cartagena is a native Spanish speaker excited to continue serving the Spanish speaking community.

Victor M. Arellano is a Partner/Shareholder at Arellano & Phebus, S.C. He is a bilingual lawyer and part of a legal team with over 40 years of combined experience, known for fighting for maximum compensation for clients.

Before joining Herrmann Law Group Carlos worked for the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for ten years as a special investigator. His work at the PCPA’s Office helped thousands of children receive the support they deserve. Carlos considers himself an empathetic person by nature and works hard for his clients because he knows how it is to feel voiceless and powerless. Jeremy Attia is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. Jeremy specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Jeremy graduated from FIU with a B.A. International Relations. He then completed his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

With a solid 10-year background in assisting injured workers, Jonathan has blossomed from a file clerk to an accomplished legal assistant. In addition to this, Jonathan has made several appearances before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board as a hearing representative on behalf of injured workers. He was born in Mexico and raised in San Diego. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and has been in the industry for many years before joining our team. His objective is to provide exceptional service and personalized attention to all clients. Samantha Soto

Samantha was born in San Diego and raised in the Imperial Valley. She began working with The Law Office of Thomas DeBenedetto in 2023. She has over 10 years of customer service experience, part of which she gained while working with the County of Imperial. Samantha is fluent in Spanish and enjoys assisting our clients and fellow staff members any and every which way. On her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with family, especially her three kids and crafting with her Cricut.

Alejandra Fernandez

Alejandra Fernandez is a highly coordinated Legal Assistant at Rosen Injury Law, P.A. She aids paralegals and attorneys, oversees mail, manages check disbursements, and contacts medical providers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Arizona. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Originally from the beautiful paradise island of Yucatan, Mexico, Socorro brings a vibrant cultural background and a unique perspective to our team. She eventually made her way to Florida during the pandemic. Socorro is not only a dedicated professional but also a strong mother of two. Her strength and resilience are truly admirable, and they serve as a testament to her commitment to her family. As one of our translators here at Dellutri Law Group, Socorro plays a vital role in bridging communication gaps. With Spanish as her primary language, she can effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients. Her proficiency in English also makes her an excellent asset for our English-speaking clients.
