Mollie grew up in a small town in upstate South Carolina, where she developed a strong sense of community. She moved to Las Vegas in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy, rich cultural diversity, and stunning desert landscapes. It’s a city that welcomes people from all walks of life, each with their own unique perspectives and experiences, and Mollie instantly felt at home. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a B.A. in history in 2021. While pursuing her law degree at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, Mollie was actively involved in student leadership, serving as vice president of the Environmental Law Society. She was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Pretrial Litigation and graduated cum laude in 2025. Mollie began her legal career at Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen as a law clerk, assisting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process, from discovery to trial preparation. From her earliest days at the firm, she worked closely with experienced mentors who helped her build a strong foundation in client advocacy and a deep understanding of what it takes to fight for injured clients. Driven by empathy and compassion, Mollie is committed to helping people through difficult times. As a new attorney, she is eager to put her skills to work advocating for clients and ensuring they receive the justice and support they deserve. Outside of her professional life, Mollie enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty surrounding Las Vegas. She also loves reading and spending time with her two cats, Charlie and Sky.

He is multicultural, fluent in Spanish, German, and English, with experience in international business development projects across Germany, Spain, U.K., Mexico, and U.S.A. He established AXIKON and Partners, S.L. in 2004 and has been responsible for the development of the InterConnect Group since 2016.

Allison Ramirez is the Legal Receptionist and Secretary at the Law Offices of James A. Welcome. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she immigrated to New York City in 2016 and graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Fluent in English and Spanish, she ensures clients feel heard and supported, bringing deep empathy from her own immigrant experience. She also has interests in arts, fashion design, skating, and swimming.

Laura Okugbe

Laura Okugbe is an Associate Attorney at Brock & Gonzales LLP, where she represents clients in employment law matters as part of the firm’s Spanish-Speaking Employment Department. An immigrant from Nigeria, Laura grew up in Spain and moved to the United States in 2011. She is a first-generation college and law school graduate. Laura earned her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University, where she majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Spanish. Her passion for social justice led her to pursue a legal career. Laura attended Southwestern Law School, where she served as a Writing Fellow and Research Assistant. She was recognized for her academic and professional achievements with scholarships and awards from organizations such as Black Women Lawyers, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Southwestern Alumni Association. As both an immigrant and native Spanish speaker, Laura is deeply committed to providing zealous advocacy for the Spanish-speaking community-a commitment she has upheld since her undergraduate years. In her free time, Laura enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Tiffany Romo is an Associate Attorney at Brock & Gonzales handling Employment cases in our Spanish speaking department. Tiffany was born and raised in Southern California. She attended California State University Northridge, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduating from CSUN, Tiffany attended Southwestern Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. During her time in law school, Tiffany was a student advocate for various legal clinics including the Immigration Law Clinic and the Community Lawyering Clinic, where she provided free legal representation to individuals seeking humanitarian immigration aid. Following her public service work, Tiffany discovered her passion for advocating on behalf of Latinx workers. Tiffany understands how important employment is to people's lives and is committed to ensuring justice for wronged employees, handling cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Tiffany is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Mexican American Bar Association.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service, she’s honed her ability to understand and address the needs of clients effectively and with care. Her journey at Nevada Legal Group began just over a year ago, when she transitioned into her current role as a legal assistant. Tom P. Ward is an experienced trial attorney, focusing on criminal defense and immigration. Before coming to Bull and Davies P.C., Tom spent over a decade successfully representing clients for the Colorado State Public Defender. Tom understands the overwhelming prospect of being accused of a crime. Elizabeth Borg is our firm’s legal assistant and client intake coordinator. Ms. Borg graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Public Relations and has worked in that field until switching over to pursue her interest in criminal law. She has moved around the country growing up, but calls San Diego home. As the first person the firm’s potential new clients speak to, Ms. Borg is responsible for providing information about the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum to our new clients to help make them feel comfortable and safe. She has over 10 years of experience in administrative work and customer service, and helps our firm stay on top of our clients’ cases. Ms. Borg is fluent in both Spanish and English, and helps follow up with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and offer exemplary customer service. In her free time, Ms. Borg loves to visit with friends and family. She enjoys exploring San Diego especially with her dog Sansa, listening to a good podcast, and trying out new hobbies and adventures.
